Andy, last night was just an amazing experience for our guests & us. We wanted the Anniversary dinner of our friends to be special. You knocked it out of the park. Everything was so delicious. Nothing more satisfying than hearing your guest involuntarily moan or sigh, when they took their bite of your short ribs. That’s all the sign I needed to confirm you were the right chef for this job. Followed by yummy desert & a sparkling clean kitchen. My only complaint was, not enough left overs. They liked it so much they ate it all. Thank you for everything. Can’t wait for our next special dinner presented by you.

Andy Church’s vision and hard-work not only made my sister’s 50th birthday celebration a memory that we’ll cherish forever—his multi-course meal was so immensely artistic, thoughtful and delicious—we’ll never forget what we shared together.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Andy on a girls trip to Palm Springs in November of 2021. His wonderful personality won our group over before we ever had a bite of his food. It only got better when we had a Tuna Poke appetizer he made us and then the amazing gluten free (GF) dinner he cooked for our group of 5 ladies. The meal was well thought out to give the non GF girls something special while keeping it within the needs of our one GF friend. This meal and time spent with Andy was the highlight of our 5 night trip to Palm Springs. I highly recommend him and have already booked him for our next trip later this year. I look forward to trying his “small plates” options on his website as well as the full dinner options. It is a great way to make a special event happen at home when you are renting a beautiful Palm Springs vacation property.

We used Chef Andy twice so far and were totally delighted. The first special event was my daughter was arriving to Palm Springs on her Birthday and I had four girlfriends visiting me. We asked Chef to make little plates so we could share and delight in his appetizers. All of us gals bragged about it for days and enjoyed no clean up no mess and a wonderful evening with great friends and great food. The second special occasion was when I decided to host a dinner party for 5 at my home to begin the holiday season. He served a fabulous 4 course menu starting with appetizers on the patio then a fabulous, seated dinner topped off with a desert that melted in our mouths. My dear friends must have thought I did not own a dishwasher since all the plates were clean and spotless as Chef Andy picked up to wash. Another memorable and amazing event. I look forward to my next event with Chef Andy hope you all do the same.
