$75 per person, up to 20 people
I will cook and serve small plates (tapas style) at your home in Palm Springs for up to 20 people. Select 6 options from the Appetizer, Salad and Dessert sections below.
Dinner
$100 per person, 4-8 people
I will cook and serve a four course dinner at your home in Palm Springs for up to 8 people.
Wine
$25 per person
Wine is available upon request with either option.
MENU
Appetizers/ First Courses
-Scallops with lobster butter sauce and edamame mash
-Crostini (tomato/basil; mushroom, leek & fontina; chevre/roasted red pepper)
-Antipasto platter with charcuterie and cheeses
-Zucchini pancakes with yogurt sauce
-Lobster bisque
-Ahi poketini (ahi, avocado, cucumber, wasabi cream, sprouts with truffle oil)
-Crab cakes with cocktail sauce and tartar sauce
Salads
-Maggiano’s salad with bacon, gorgonzola, and pine nuts
-Pear & Roquefort salad with champagne vinaigrette

-Short ribs in barolo with risotto alla milanese
-Hand-made butternut squash ravioli with chicken spiedini in sage butter
-Swordfish with wasabi ginger butter sauce and brown rice

-Filet mignon with cognac cream sauce

SPECIALS
Gourmet Pizza Night
$50 per person, 8-20 people
Cooked on-site in my mobile Ooni pizza oven at 750°F. Requires outdoor space for pizza oven (patio or balcony). Served with salad and dessert.
Suggested pizzas:
• Pepperoni, gorgonzola, rosemary
• Roasted butternut squash, sausage, sage
• Mushroom, fontina, thyme
• Caramelized onion, bacon, gruyere (tarte à l’onion)
Seafood Raw & Cooked Bar
$100 per person
Choose 4 of the following seafood dishes, served tapas style. Served with dessert.
• Fresh oysters on the half shell from Hog Island or Hama Hama oyster farm, with mignonette, citrus vodka, and cocktail sauces
• Ahi poketini (sushi grade ahi, avocado, cucumber, wasabi cream, sprouts with truffle oil)
